Intercontinental Hotel Group

If you ever want a job where you get to stay in beautiful hotels while getting to meet some of the most interesting and hospitable people you'll ever meet, then secure a top tier hotel brand like IHG as a client.

The problem that IHG and a lot of hospitality brands faced post-pandemic was a serious staffing shortage as people were turned off what they viewed as insecure work. Alongside the pandemic they were facing a longstanding perception problem that working in hospitality is thankless work over long hours with little hope for career advancement. 

​

And that is far from the truth, as IHG have a lot to shout about in encouraging employee wellbeing, flexible working hours and career advancement. 

​

So the goal on this project was to dispel these myths, and who better to do that than IHG's own team members? 

​

With that, we developed a series of staff-focused, fun and authentic social formats aimed at showing that IHG is a great place to work.
